Yes, it´s true. The mind move that not only improves your immune system, but also your spirits, is meditation. Studies have shown that people who meditated for 8 weeks had more activity in the positive emotions part of their brain, thereby increasing levels of protective antibodies.

Just do this 20 minute meditation exercise daily: Focus on a positive thought ´Stay healthy and strong´ while breathing through your nose for 20 minutes. Try to keep your mind from wandering. Especially helpful during stressful times of the day. You will feel more refreshed and less anxiety.
