Recent reports have shown that resveratol, one of those healthful "ingredients" in red wine, has been shown to actually extend life spans. Resveratol, super antioxidants, and flavinoids are substances found in red wine which can can help keep blood vessels clear of plaque that constricts or closes vessels, leading to heart disease or heart attacks.
